About The Screen Printing Process
For screen printed t shirts, silk screen printing uses stencils to transfer designs. It begins with a screen made of wood or aluminum. A silk or nylon mesh is applied which is surrounded by the frame. The ink applied penetrates through parts of the screen that aren’t blocked by the stencil. We employ this process as well as other processes to print garments.
We’ve been creating screen printed t shirts and apparel since 1995, so we have extensive hands-on experience, literally. Having this experience is important because after many years of printing, we’re familiar with the problems that some printed designs might cause, and can avoid those problems before they happen.
What this means for our clients is faster, more efficient turnaround times, and higher quality printing.
We also offer Direct To Garment (DTG) printing, Heat transfers, and other specialty processes. Please inquire.

How do I send my artwork in?
If the artwork is under 10mb, please email us. If file is larger than 10mbs, we suggest using a free service such as www.wetransfer.com
What is the maximum print size?
For standard screen printed t shirts, 11×17″ max, but we do offer “all over” printing where the entire garment can be printed. Please inquire.
Can you do artwork for me?
Yes, we have been designing garment art for over 16 years. Please inquire for design rates.
Can I get color matching and / or PMS color matching?
Yes, we do.
What are the specs of the artwork I must submit for screen printed t shirts?
We require art at actual size, 300 dpi, in separate layers. Convert all fonts to outlines. Photoshop and illustrator files are ideal.
How many colors can be printed on screen printed t shirts?
For screen printed t shirts and other apparel, we can do 6 spot colors on full color CMYK!
What is a “PDF proof”?
A PDF proof is what will be provided from us by email to make sure that the design looks the way it was intended to on the garment. We never print without sending a proof first to approve. Upon approval, we print the order. This proofing process ensures accuracy and quality on screen printed t shirts.
Do I have to pay for setups next time I reorder?
No, we keep designs on file for reorders for at least one year.
How fast can orders be filled?
As fast as 24 hours (rush charges apply). Generally, for screen printed t shirts, a standard turnaround is about a week, but we’ll do our best to meet deadlines. Please inquire.
How much is shipping for screen printed t shirts?
For UPS ground, usually $15 per box of 72 if shipped locally. Cost depends on distance.
How long does shipping take?
We ship by UPS ground from a dozen locations across the U.S. This saves our clients time and money in shipping. Best case is receipt of order the next day after shipping. Worst case, 5 workdays. Next-Day, Second-Day-Air and & 3 Day-Air shipping options are also available.

Are items carried that are not in the catalog?
Yes, We can get almost anything. Please inquire and we’ll track it down.
Can I get just one garment printed?
Sorry, we have a 72 pc. minimum. We can print lower quantities in certain cases, but never one item.
Can we mix and match colors, sizes or different items?
Yes, please inquire but generally this is not a problem.
Do you offer metallic or glitter ink?
Yes, please inquire for pricing.
Can I get 2X, 3X, 4X, etc. size shirts?
Yes. Generally, it’s $1 more for 2x, and $2 more for 3x and up. Please inquire for details.
Can I get youth sizes?
Yes. We offer youth small (6-8), youth medium (10-12), and youth large (14-16).
Can I supply my own items for you to print?
Certainly. Just contact us with the details.
Do shirts shrink?
All t shirts do shrink a bit the first wash. They shrink in length about 1″, and in width about ½”. Always wash according to the manufacturer’s instructions on the item’s tag.
Do white shirts cost less than colored shirts?
Yes, they are $1 less.
What types of payments are accepted?
We accept company checks (if approved),Visa, Master Card, American Express and Paypal.
Do you stand behind the work you do?
